Winery Review: Locate in Arrington, Tennessee, this winery is quite popular. This specific variety is technically "non-vintage" signifying that the 2020 vintage was blended with the 2021 vintage. The winery displays a nicely put together description of this wine, as it has been aged in french oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks. It is described as a "medium-bodied balance of red fruit flavors and vanilla oak with moderate tannins." Interestingly, the site also includes the pH level, total acidity and how long this wine was aged. PH is 3.66, acidity is 6.1 g/L and it was aged for 12 months in the french oak barrels and another 12 months in stainless-steel tanks!

Personal Review: I really enjoyed drinking this wine. Out of most of the varieties of red, Pinot Noir has been my favorite. I primarily like the medium-body style with light flavors rather then too bold. This wine smelt great, it was not an overpowering smell like most of the intense reds. It was tart and sour with hints of cherry and plum. A little hint of oak with a very smooth finish. The viscosity of the wine was much lighter and it was also lighter in color as well. This is definitely one of my top 5 wines this far! My parents are avid wine drinkers and since being home for break I have been able to raid their wine collection. This particular vineyard is one of their favorites. They get cases of wine every few months with a variety of grapes and reds and whites! According to wine folly, the primary flavors of pinot noir include: cherry, rasberrys, mushroom, clove and hibiscus. Generally not too dry with a medium body, low tannins and higher acidity.
