A minimum of 12 months aging imparts a creamy complexity balanced by an elegant mouthfeel" Personal Review: This champagne was delicious! It was extremely fruity with hints of citrus and green apple. It had a nutty flavor to it. It was extremely bubbly, it fizzed in my mouth. It was quite acidic with a powerful finish. Was not too sweet, rather it was very bitter and dry.
